About NMMU Business School

The Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) is the largest higher education institution in the Eastern and Southern Cape, South Africa with more than 25 000 registered students. Established in 2005, the NMMU Business School is one of five schools in the Faculty of Business and Economics Sciences at the NMMU.

The NMMU Business School offers a variety of world class programmes designed to cater for the specific needs of business professionals and aspiring leaders. The NMMU MBA and Executive courses develop self-confidence, leadership skills, and independent thinking – the tools needed to secure future success. The NMMU Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) is one of only four accredited DBA degrees in South Africa. Furthermore, the NMMU Business School’s client base for Customised learning solutions is ever-growing; consisting of international and national corporates, governments, SETAs and NGO’s.

Our main campus is located in the city of Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa. In response to the increasing demand for an accredited, high quality MBA programme offering as well as customized executive education, in cities beyond Port Elizabeth, the NMMU Business School opened two new educational facilities in 2011, situated in East London and George respectively.
